Locality: Plumas County: Red Clover Valley, about 2 miles N of the north end of Lake Davis, on the south side of County Road 111 (Beckwourth Gensee Road), graded road gutter, E of the small stream. T24N, R13E, NW 1/4 Section 9.
Habitat: On dry bare rocky dark soil. Yellow Pine Forest. Very common, inconspicuous.
